The nicknames for the twin beavers have been decided!
A nickname vote was held on Nifrel's official Twitter from June 29th to July 2nd.
The total number of votes was 7,651! ! Thank you for your many votes.
The most popular of the four nickname candidates was...
"Sora (dark brown)" and "Mame (brown)"!
Based on the results of this vote, the beaver twins have been chosen as "Sora" and "Mame"! !
When weighed at 1 month old, Sora: 2,275 g, Bean: 2,330 g. It is growing rapidly and has grown more than four times its weight from about 500g the day after it was born.
Please continue to watch over these two baby beavers.

Twin American beaver babies have been born!
Twin American beaver babies were born on Friday, June 2, 2023 at around 3:00 p.m.!
The babies are currently in the nest, but they can occasionally be seen drinking their mother's milk or being groomed by their parents.
The babies will come out of the nest and start swimming when they are about 10 days old, and you will be able to see them adorable as they practice swimming by holding on to their parents' bodies, or are carried back to the nest in a ``princess hug.''
